By downloading, installing, or using the useFax mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

useFax provides a mobile fax service that allows users to send fax documents directly from their iOS device to fax numbers worldwide. The service converts digital documents into fax format and transmits them through our network.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the service
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding fax communications

4. Payments and Refunds

The App operates on a pay-per-use or subscription basis. All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not guarantee delivery of faxes due to factors outside our control, such as recipient fax machine availability or line quality.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by useFax and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, useFax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the App.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
